𝑫𝑬𝑷𝑶𝑺𝑰𝑻
A $50 NON REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT is required to finalize your booking. Your deposit will go towards the service.
An invoice will be sent via email or text and the deposit must be paid within 24 hours or the appointment will be cancelled.
𝑪𝑨𝑵𝑪𝑬𝑳𝑳𝑨𝑻𝑰𝑶𝑵/𝑹𝑬𝑺𝑪𝑯𝑬𝑫𝑼𝑳𝑰𝑵𝑮
Your appointment time is reserved just for you. A last minute cancellation or missed visit leaves a hole in the Lash/Brow artists' day that could have been filled by another client. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment will be charged a cancellation fee or forfeit their deposit.
𝑨𝑹𝑹𝑰𝑽𝑨𝑳
Please arrive with no makeup on your eyes. Makeup residue can effect your lash retention, causing them to shed quicker. Please contact us if you are running behind. We have a 15 minutes grace period, if you are 15 minutes late or over, we may not be able to service you. You will forfeit your $50 deposit or be charged $50 for your missed appointment.
𝑹𝑬𝑭𝑼𝑵𝑫 𝑷𝑶𝑳𝑰𝑪𝒀
All products, services and deposits are final. You are paying for the artist’s time, product and other expenses used. If you are unhappy with a service, please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment for a 30 minute complimentary touch up if it is at the fault of application or product.
